I'm 180 CM, 82kg (fairly lean, 31" waist) - shoulders of a powerlifter/ex wrestler. Relatively large CDA.

I'm +/- 2 MPH slower at the same power levels.

A 20mph rolling average ride for me = 230-240w.

I just purchased a bike with more aggressive geometry and am working on my position - shall see how much of a difference I notice over time.
