Did the teardown for the Roubaix upgrade to 11s Di2. I finished everything I wanted except to install the new 11s cassette.

Then I hit a snag. Last cassette cog does not fit on freehub body.
The wheels are the stock DT Swiss boat anchors that came with the bike. When I took off the 10s cassette, there WAS a thin (sub-mm) washer so I was told that means the body will accept 11s, but clearly this one won’t.
Before I post in mechanics forum, wtf is going on?
