I was going through a couple of old boxes from a move 23 years ago and found my "lost" Ideal saddle that I got second hand in the mid 1970s. It is rock hard! But the leather appears to be in good shape otherwise. Now what? I have used Neatfoot oil in the distant past without issues. Now it is ROCK HARD, not just hard. Any ideas? And thanks
