There is truly nothing to get stressed about. I'm a bit of a stress test veteran. The treadmill is like a walk in the park without the park. This will be a breeze. You walk on a treadmill while they slowly increase the rate and slope.
If they find anything, it can be treated and probably relatively easily.
Let us know how it goes. I always go the Spanish deli across the street afterward for my lunch/reward. I stay on my diet, and enjoy the food.
