"dusty rose" color is a sort of grail paint for some Bianchi fans! For that price it's a steal!
I think it might be Canadian, not that there's anything wronmg with that, but I can't really find anything. the B on the fork, along with looks like a B on the stay cap, and above the stay cable look like '84 or older but they colors were a bit more conserative back then. It could be an 84 frame in '85 color like an Eletcric Rose Trofeo with a gear swap later in life.
