The Schwinn-modified Huret dropout doesn't play well with derailleurs designed for Campagnolo-type dropouts. Besides the Crane GS and its Schwinn-approved "Le Tour" version, a 1st generation Campagnolo Rally would probably work, or a Huret Duopar. Otherwise, you'll need to either modify the dropout or cobble up and adapter.
