122 BCD Nervar Star?

I recently talked to a person who wanted to buy a 122 BCD triplizer ring for their Nervar Star crank. I said that as far as I knew, that particular crankset was never available for anything but 128 BCD rings, and suggested that maybe he'd measured wrong. But having been surprised many times by French bikes and components, I said I would look into it and get back to him.

Good thing, because what do you know? Esteemed BF member verktyg, writing on Velobase, postulates that the more recent of the two models of Nervar Star cranks may have been available in a 122 BCD. Interesting, but not exactly definitive. Has anyone actually seen one of these unicorns?
