I have a 128mm set (never did understand why Nervar chose to go proprietary on BCD), but I have indeed heard of the Simplex-compatible 122mm variations, but never seen one in captivity.

One can easily modify any 130mm ring or triplizer to 128mm by elongating the mounting holes inward by 1mm (been there ... done that, still have the 44T Shimano ring), but 122mm would be a different proposition.
