The free, open source Golden Cheetah has lots of tracking charts. It's designed to work with rides that use a power meter.

I don't use it for training, I just do rides and workouts as I want. But even without training, the data charts can be interesting. I like the trends charts and the Critical Power graph -- what's my best watts from 1 second up to my longest ride -- and I can select the time period to include.

I don't think it has coaching recommendations, though
