Recalling that you had mentioned the absence of snow this winter, it reminds me of one year here. we had a pretty dry January/February and all the Water Departments were spooked, but we had one of the if not THE wettest Marches on record and ended up with an average snow pack.
March is characteristically unpredictable around these parts. We got 6 although they only predicted 2 to 3.
