After a week (?) Off of running I have returned. I am starting all over from scratch. But at least the groin was ok. When I was younger and ran, I felt light and springy, now I feel heavy and plodding. That sucks. My neighbor must think I'm out of my gourd. Wheezing and gasping as I plod by. As long as I don't have a heart attack. Beats dying on the couch eating ice cream.
