That's what I thought at first with the drillium triple and the fender and rack tabs on the fork ends and rear dropouts but it lacks the cantilever brakes I've seen on all the Caravans I've found pictures of. The again I haven't found all that many pictures of Caravans.
Just noticed the cage bosses on the underside of the down tube so maybe there was a Caravan that used caliper brakes instead of cantis?
