All these were well-made Swiss framesets but the blue paint is either Aelle or Zeta. For my $60 I'd prefer Aelle which should have a 26.8 seatpost if typical. Not sure what a Zeta seat tube takes

EDIT: here's a quote from T-Mar from another thread, he notes that sometimes a tube may be reamed out to the next larger size, but doesn't think that would be done to a plain-gauge carbon steel tube like Zeta:
"SL has a theoretical inner diameter of 27.4mm while Zeta's is 26.8mm. For clearance, manufacturers use a post 0.2mm under this, typically 27.2mm for SL and 26.6mm for Zeta."
