You hit the nail on the head. I definitely dislike acidity and the acidity seems to become more prominent as the coffee cools. That's bad for me as I like to sip my coffee.
Yeah, I was the same way. Check that - I *am* the same way. I still don't like that acidity and actively avoid it. Try natural/anaerobic and just say "no" to anything with any kind of citrus tasting notes.
