One of my YouTuber cooks posted a Basque cheesecake recipe that I've been meaning try, but I don't want to get too fat. Maybe when the weather improves and I'm getting in miles more regularly.
Thats my problem now- sick of the trainer but the weather blows. I did a gravel event in rain, sleet, hail last weekend and that was enough of that weather for me.
