I reckon they're not all that outdoorsy though, so they won't notice that as much as I would.
I don't know about them, but for me it's affordability. I don't relish the idea of living like a pauper in a house worth north of $2 million.
Others talk about wildfires and mudslides and earthquakes, but every place has its own flavors of disaster.
