I don't try to memorize Shimano spec and compatibility details, but here's where you can start.

RD capacity involves both a maximum size cassette, and chain takeup (difference in teeth between big/big and small/small) limit. So start with confirming what the RD will accept.

Then, there are sometimes compatibility issues between cassettes and freehubs, so check that.

Otherwise, hang around and probably will directly answer the question, saving you the work.
