Man IDK if its like a corporate HR thing or just a thing w this lady, but she is talking to me like I'm an idiot or a child and being real explicit about things, some of which I literally just stated in my previous email. It kind of feels like a risk mitigation thing - like they NEED to make sure managers and interviewers dont screw things up. Either that or they have poor reading comprehension or are too busy to read my emails. I'm trying to be concise.
Since our acquisition in 2021, HR and everything above that has been in a constant whirlwind. This particular interaction feels a bit robotic TBH
HR is a strange beast. They are the gatekeepers and have to abide by the law of the land, and the law of the organization. Not always the exact same thing. So, making sure you get it, is paramount.
