indeedee --look at the scads of room I have here on my bike. As mentioned, behind the yellow 10L drybag is my one person tent wrapped in a plastic bag, and those tires are 2.1in,

plus ample room for a fender.
Oh, no donuts but I kept the Haggis and Cornish pasties in one of my rear panniers.
