Went out for an easy paced ride today, including my friend who crashed 6 weeks ago. He can do easy rides but has pain with bumps and cannot stand up and pedal, too much pressure on his left wrist still causes discomfort.
After lunch we are gonna try to get a new tire for the fit due to mrs datlas’ pinch flat from Wednesday.
