I am big fan of button-up short sleeved fly fishing shirts from Columbia or Orvis. They are airy, keep you cool, and allow for lots of movement. They have lots of pockets and they dry quickly. I wear MTB baggies and when you get off the bike, you just look pretty normal.
I have some Orvis apparel - seems like good stuff
never heard of the brand until fairly recently (got it at a flea market)
