Terry made/makes custom handmade bikes and production bikes (like this one). She is known for varying tires size to match frame size and used 700c on the back and 24" on the front of many of her road bikes to make them a better fit for women. The Susan B. above does have a Terry "Liberator" woman specific saddle. Here is her website

They have a men's version of the Liberator as well. I found one at a yard sale for really cheap and liked it, so whenever I saw another, I grabbed it. I now have three of them.
