saw a huge beautiful blue heron on the montour trail (near boggs camping area) two weeks ago
it remained in perfect view - until I grabbed my phone to get a pic (of course)
but did get a pic of Phillip - he was wearing blue … close enough
Phillip is from Germany - flew to DC and was two weeks into his trip across the US ( via the ‘Great American Rail Trail)

Does he have to set up his camera, ride by it, and then go back and get it? Or is there somebody else with him?
