HAHAHAHA, sorry but you cannot really get in touch with Hadley easily, they are not a company that really wants to be contacted they don't have a website and maybe someone knows a phone number but I remember years ago trying to find them and no luck.
They are an odd company but they make some nice hubs. I think the exclusivity helps in their sales but in the end I am glad I haven't gone for them. Quality or not having support is something I look for.
I don’t have any experience with Hadley, but why would someone want to spend good money on boutique components without any kind of support??
