Literally saved from the dump at my city’s annual week long spring cleaning green waste facility:





A grungey but otherwise mostly serviceable Giant Talon 29er of unknown vintage. Forks are not great, brake pads need replacing, seat is cut, but the fatal flaw is a seriously misshapen front wheel. Maybe the collective will have something.

Upgraded to a Deore rear derailleur I had in my parts box
