Absolutely, I took the last 5 days off, my legs were really feeling the need for a rest. Did an easy 24 tonight with 1450 ft of climbing, I could tell, I took the last 5 days off. Will try and do a short flat route indoors tomorrow just to spin the legs after work, the heat is building up bad this week, and plan for 80 miles of gravel Saturday morning.
