The original rear derailleur would have been a SunTour V. The brakes would have been Dia-Compe center-pull. Neither should be too hard to find or very expensive, should you decide to restore it. However, the freewheel also appears to have been replace to obtain much lower gears and should you decide to keep them, a V will not work, though a log cage VGT would and will be closer to original. The wheels and pedals also appear to be repalcements. Thxs for posting.
Can you tell me where the Finest fell in the Fuji lineup in 1972?
