My LBS mounted one in about 1 minute using his hands. They never use levers.
Will never use a Conti Home Trainer again. I've had 2 that started spitting orange rubber all over. I used the first one for 100 miles, the 2nd for 22. I'm much happier with a cheap, hard tire. They don't wear at all.
