Personally I would get the steel frame. You have to look at your options...The Nashbar 853 frame is only available in 15.5" and 21.5". The 15.5" Nashbar frame has a longer top tube than the 18" Access XCL. I guess it comes down to how tall are you and what type of riding you plan on doing.
