I have really skinny arms, and the best arm warmers I've found are DeFeet Armskins. They just do not fall down. The are comfy too, because they don't have the silicon grippers. Cannot recommend them enough.
+1 on the Defeet, they are soooo comfy! And they stay pretty comfortable and very warm in the rain. The only thing is that the upper part tends to roll a little (I have short arms so mediums were okay in length but I have my big rugby player arms - at least for a woman), but they will never slip!
