Yeah I've got two bikes. The good one, and the one I ride in the winter. The bike I put the clipless on has to be my daily commuter, my transportation for groceries or lugging things between mine and the girlfriend's house, my bar hopper and the bike I go out and hammer on when I just want to ride. While road cleats would probably have offered some performance upgrade over SPDs, the SPDs are such a huge step above clips and straps that I'm real happy and still have a system that doesn't make my bike inconvenient for any of the other things I need it for.
