Training wise I'm in a really really good spot. I'm either at previous PB numbers or setting new ones between 10 and 90 minutes. Probably not so bad to back off for a week or two while doing some upper body ****.
Throw in opening and stirring a jar of natural peanut butter and you'll be a well rounded athlete!
