Still roofing. Should be complete by the end of this coming week. Riding after carting **** to the dump trailer sorta feels like doing intervals after squats. **** is rough! Basically just treading water til next weekend.
Today was 2hrs of cleaning up shingles, 2hrs of riding with a pathetic 3x10 at threshy (felt way worse!) thrown in, and another hour of cleaning shingles up after. Maybe I'll be able to do a pull up or two by the time this is done. That would be neat.
