I re-handlebarred and re-tired the Trek 930 this morning. After a tune-up ride it will be ready to be a part of the regular rotation. It was calling to me. So, for the moment, there will be three in the Winter rotation. That is, if Winter ever actually arrives. I'll take the Paramount again today. Barring rain.
Oh, and I successfully re-used bar tape, without tearing it. I was having thoughts of
Velo Vol and Mrs Bam. That vision kept my hand steady and calm.
All of this after I had it completely torn down for a re-paint, last winter. Then I got covid and just hung it up with the other frame sets. It does need a re-paint.
