Pat- You can use a Triplizer and wind up with a 39 middle and 30 inner gear.
Pretty sure the stock 7400 FD will shift a triple of that size (at least it shifted a 48/28 for me in Wisconsin). if not a 6207 will do the trick and look proper.
That RD should happily shift up to a 28, possibly a 30 depending on RD hanger length.
