Hopefully you find someone local. Dealing with selling a bike on eBay or other solutions that will require you to ship the bike is likely going to be a pain. The Pro's Closet will be foolproof but they're likely to take a healthy cut.
Shipping the bike isn't that hard. People do it all the time on ebay. You might want to pay a shop to box it up for you. Shipping should cost about $150.
The Pro's Closet apparently already offered a low amount for it. So, it seems it would be worthwhile to try ebay first.
