I would list the bike on ebay with a super-high BIN price, and also list it on my local CL at the actual price. A smart buyer will see the ebay listing and check CL for the seller's location. I know I've bought a few things that way to avoid the ebay fees, which would be real money on a bike like this. If I didn't get any interest on my local CL, I would create multiple listings for metros within driving distance. If that didn't work, I'd create listings for the top ~30 metros and ship it. It's not that hard or expensive to ship a bike.
