We're on the same page. My point is when that seller changes the terms of the deal, you can walk. When ebay changes the terms of the deal, you get screwed. Corporations are the real *******s, not some powerless schmuck like that seller.

But I’ll bite. Tell me exactly how eBay changed the terms of a deal, ever, after the deal was made. That a buyer or a seller didn’t read the terms beforehand doesn’t count.....neither if either thought the rules gave him rights he didn’t have.
