No responses in 24 hours? Must have stumped you all. Well, I took it to the shop and they were having a hack of a time seating it as well. It was a very loose tire (stock, 3 years old) so I just had them upgrade with new tires. Still not sure how competent I will be at seating tubeless tires myself.
Another testimonial as to why tubeless road tires are a tremendous improvement. Or maybe an explanation why a whole lot of experienced riders are staying with inner tubes.
