Did some geocaching for the first time with the kids today. Spent like 4 hours doing it. Found 4 I think, including a multi or two, and failed a few more.

We didn't realize sometimes they're like 200 feet off the trail through brambles and over fallen trees and stuff. Not our idea of fun, especially unprepared and with little kids. One we were within a few feet, spent forever looking, and never found it. Unless we did the math wrong on the clue.

Very interesting though. Fun way to spend a few hours, and the kids really enjoyed it.
