Sintered pad will wear the disc , probably, more than the 'Organic' friction material
but avid discs are cheap too .

Im just now purchasing my 1st Disc Braked Bike , it's got BB7 calipers on it, guess Ill learn for myself.

Koolstop is an Oregon Company that makes bicycle rim and disc brake pads.

I'd go for the Goodridge sintered pad, Goodridge is an automotive brake company.

Nuke Proof is Ironic for a Japanese Company, now.
