Doug, that's a really neat causeway thing. Was it originally for trains? Looks a bit steep for trains, but it's quite the extensive wooden supporting structure under it isn't it?

Yes. It’s the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. I believe there was originally a swing bridge span to allow for the passage of water craft.
