I haven't had much time to fool around with the Centurion, and I probably won't for a couple of weeks, but this morning I was looking at the front derailleur. It's a top-normal SunTour NSL model, and I thought I'd toss the bike in the work stand and see how it shifted. The first time I tried to shift into the small ring, the chain popped to the outside of the derailleur!

So, I looked closer. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make this work. I might be able to get it to shift down, but shifting up is going to be a problem.

(Must be one of those new "shadow" derailleurs I've read about.)
