Welcome to the forums.Your bicycle is a 1990-1991 Bianchi Alfana based on the serial number in combination with the Shimano 105SC. The lead character in the serial number is likely a partially struck 'I', which would make it September 1990 manufacture. That's late enough in the calendard year that it should be a 1991 model, though the celeste paint is 1990, at least for a USA market model.
