Per Weather Underground, at the ride start of 11:00 am, the local temperature will be around 95ºF, and if the ride takes 2-3 hours, then the temperature at the ride finish will be 100ºF.

From today's Washington Post - What Extreme Heat Does to the Human Body:
"The wet-bulb temperature that marks the upper limit of what the human body can handle is 95 degrees Fahrenheit (35 Celsius). But any temperatures above 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 Celsius) can be dangerous and deadly."

So, I'm not going. Stay home, stay safe stay alive.
A friend of mine got heatstroke at Bike Across Kansas a few years ago, and he's been altered for life. He is less capable of tolerating heat than before.
