I like folders, but not to carry around, so the small wheel size is no big deal, the lack of a derailleur is sad, and it's still heavier than any of our three DIY 20" folders.
The tires are 14'' air filled, and the seat is squishy enough to be decently comfortable. It looks like a reasonable commuter that can be charged once a week, without worrying about it running out of juice. And I'd swap out the rear cog to get it to 15mph. The slower speed is no big deal IMO. Now, hit the throttle (after unlocking) and it's 20mph!
