When I received my new Wabi Classic a couple of weeks ago I was happy with everything except the very narrow 50 cm riser bars and narrow 10 cm grips. I also don't like using cross brake levers on the ends of bars, preferring MTB levers instead. So, I've redone the cockpit with Nitto B809 63cm riser bars that I cut down to 59 cm, Dia-Compe Diatech Tech 99 brake levers and ESI Fatty's 13 cm wide grips. I did have to buy shims to adapt the 25.4mm bar to the 26.0mm stem. This has added about 1/2 lbs to the weight, bringing it up to 18.7 lbs. The added cost was just under $200, bringing the total amount spent to just over $1300.
