So, the factory roof rack just came out, and I found a tandem rack from Rocky Mount that has an adapter to fit into the channel on factory racks.

One nice thing about the setup is that the rack towers slip down into a weather stripped channel and bolt into pop up extensions, so that the rack tower doesn't touch the paint on the car.
