I suspect the Royal Force and Inter-10 (and a number of other Puch and A-D models) all share the same frame. So yeah, a wise decision.

The front rack is a T.A. item which bolts directly onto a MAFAC caliper. I just mounted another one on a Gazelle Campion Mondial Semi-race (another nice 531 touring frame, BTW), which is currently under construction:
