Great idea and long overdue.
I'm not as enthusiastic about your self imposed 10K post limit though. (We'll have to address that separately.)
My '75 Le Champion - with an unoriginal crankset and brakes... S/N 2345861, as near as I can tell, located on the left rear DO. No other numbers.
